Megan's masters creative work, Periapsis: Cosmic Cocoons in Contrary Motion, is a full-length audio/visual experience that explores these themes through the use of visual elements like kaleidoscope, digital avatars, audio-responsive dancing orbs, and digital alteration of video based on selected musical parameters. These elements represent the opposing planetary bodies that are classical and contemporary singing, two worlds that influence each other and yet never fully cross orbits. Megan recorded each element of Periapsis, both the digitally programmed instruments and the live vocal and violin recordings, through Ableton Live.

Having spent the majority of her adult life in NYC, Megan's musical experience has spanned both genres and continents. As a contemporary singer and instrumentalist, she toured extensively with Charlene Kaye, Team StarKid, and Alexz Johnson. Other notable performance collaborations include Darren Criss of Glee and Mark Mothersbaugh of Devo in his experimental six-sided keyboard compositions. As a classical singer specializing in vocal ensemble, Megan has performed with the The New York Choral Society, the Cleveland Chamber Choir, and South Africa's Chanticleer Singers. Through these ensembles, she has performed with artists such as Peter Paul & Mary and Andrea Bocelli in venues like Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall, and Madison Square Garden.

Megan has also composed and recorded her own music, including her debut solo LP "W", released in 2013. Megan is currently living in Johannesburg, South Africa, with her partner she met while thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail, and her two Detroit rescue cats, Joao and Jaco.  She is pursuing her PhD in music at the University of Witwatersrand, studying the effect of physical movement on the voice.
